In this course you will learn how to express yourself more fluently when communicating with fellow professionals - whether on the telephone, face-to-face or in writing. The focus will be on telephoning, presentations, emails and customer service and includes a variety of activities, for example, worksheets and role plays. There will also be the opportunity to look at any individual topics you specifically need in the workplace. Grammar will be looked at as required. 

Whether in the office, on a business trip or at a company event, it can be challenging to speak English spontaneously in a professional environment. Using role plays, listening exercises and language games this course will help improve your vocabulary and, more importantly, your confidence. Small talk, negotiations and meetings are on the agenda but there will also be the opportunity to look at any individual topics you specifically need in the workplace. Grammar will be looked at as required.
